      • Attendance records for all scheduled sessions.

  3. Submission of Documentation

    • To verify the lack of results, we may request additional documentation, including financial records, performance metrics, or any other relevant materials.

  4. Approval to Record Communications

    • By participating in the program, you agree that calls, emails, and sessions may be recorded and documented for quality assurance, training, and verification purposes.

  5. Case-by-Case Evaluation

    • Refund requests will be assessed individually. ULGND reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds at its sole discretion. If we do not deem the request worthy of a refund based on our evaluation, no refund will be issued.
